Description
Purified mouse anti-swine IgG1 antibody, clone 13H6.C1, recognizes porcine IgG1 subclass antibody and no cross-reaction has been observed with porcine IgA, IgG2, IgG3, IgG5 or IgM. IgG1 is the IgG1(a) allelic variant of the IGHG1 gene.
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C for up to one month. For long term storage, aliquot and store at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reagent is provided in PBS containing 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
