Description
Purified mouse anti-porcine IgG3 antibody, clone 7F10.E2, recognizes porcine IgG3 subclass antibody and no cross-reaction has been observed with porcine IgA, IgG1, IgG2, IgG5 or IgM. IgG3 is monomorphic, has an extended hinge and is structurally unique. IgG3 most likely to activate complement and bind FcgammaRs
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C for up to one month. For long term storage, aliquot and store at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reagent is provided in PBS containing 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
