Description
Purified mouse anti-porcine IgG2 antibody, clone 31A7.A1, recognizes porcine IgG2 subclass antibody and no cross-reaction has been observed with porcine IgA, IgG1, IgG5 or IgM. IgG2a and IgG2b are allelic variants of the IGHG2 gene.
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C for up to one month. For long term storage, aliquot and store at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reagent is provided in PBS containing 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
