Mr. Michael Golde, Chief Financial Officer, is currently the President and Principal Consultant of Multiple Intelligence, Inc., an independent consulting firm servicing companies in a variety of industries, all of which are experiencing fundamental changes to the organization brought about by rapid growth, new investors, succession planning, industry transition, or new strategic planning.

Prior to founding Multiple Intelligence, Mike served as the Chief Financial Officer for Integra Realty Resources, Wimba, Inc., and Accretive Solutions, where he was also a co-founder. Mike also served as Controller for Randstad North America and began his career at PwC. Through these posts, he developed skills associated with a broad range of transactions, including debt and equity financing from both private and public sources (including troubled debt restructuring), mergers and acquisitions, the integration of operations, the establishment of effective and sustainable financial and operational processes and the development and maintenance of internal controls necessary to comply with a variety of requirements.

Mike received a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Pace University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, and The Financial Executives Networking Group, and is a past winner of the CFO of the Year award from the Long Island Business news.
