Company Profile
The NEAH Mission is to provide the resources and a sustained source of immunological tools to animal science researchers needed to deliver real vaccine solutions for animal health worldwide.
NEAH History & Vision
EAH co-founder Dr. Bill Golde recognized the need to greatly improve the mAb creation, acquisition and distribution process during his previous employment as a federal researcher developing foot-and-mouth disease vaccines at the Plum Island Animal Disease Center. He was instrumental in coordinating an agreement between the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and NEAH co-founder Dr. Bill Church (Green Mountain Antibodies), to produce and distribute mAbs that detect and track immune cells in ruminants, specifically cattle. NEAH and GmAb have formed a strategic relationship that became the basis and building block for the company..
NEAH is committed to executing the program to a successful outcome via one or more mechanisms such as grant funding and development of a multi-organization, international consortium. Upon initial success with the mAb collection and building on that over time, the founders intend to curate, produce and distribute other research validated reagents such as recombinant antibodies and immune cell recombinant proteins (cytokines), for the growing veterinary vaccine R&D communities.
NEAH has the commitment, knowledge and real-world experience to effectively deliver real vaccine solutions for animal health worldwide. New England Animal Health (NEAH) is a certified US 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2018 by Dr. William Golde, Dr. William Church, Dr. David Brake, Dr. John Ransom and Mr. Michael Golde.
