Description
Background
Purified mouse anti-swine IgG1 antibody, clone 1682.A2.B10, recognizes porcine IgG1 subclass antibody and no cross-reaction has been observed with porcine IgA, IgG2, IgG3, IgG5 or IgM. IgG1 is the IgG1(a) allelic varians of the IGHG1 gene.
